1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using MorrnIx, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using MorrnIx on behalf of a company, you are agreeing on that company’s behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.
2. The service
MorrnIx is a procurement intelligence platform that helps construction companies track projects, suppliers, purchase orders, and supplier communication, including optionally sending email through a Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account you connect.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Your data
You and your company own the business data you enter into MorrnIx. We only use it to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to enter any data you add to MorrnIx, including supplier contact information.
5. Connected email accounts
If you connect a Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account, you authorize MorrnIx to send email on your behalf, limited to messages you compose within MorrnIx. You can revoke this permission at any time from Settings, or directly from your Google or Microsoft account settings. You are responsible for the content of any email you choose to send.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MorrnIx to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk email, to attempt to access another company’s data, or to interfere with the normal operation of the service.
7. Termination
You may stop using MorrnIx and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
MorrnIx is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MorrnIx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as MorrnIx changes. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
